Kiki Melendez will be in Washington on September 9th for "Reyes of Comedy Night" as part of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute in Washington D.C.’s event filled "2008 CHCI Hispanic Heritage Month".  This is a special honor for Kiki!
